Hope Clinic, Shillong

Where do I begin with this clinic. I visited Dr Sethi for a small wart on my face. It was growing so I was worried. Went I met her she scared me saying it was cancerous and I needed to do immediate laser treatment. Next day I did so because of course I didn’t want it to be a cancer issue. After a week my forehead and the left side of my face looked like someone clawed me* *** ***** ********* **** **** ******** ******* ****** ** **** *** ********* ***** ** * ***** ***** *** **** ******* ****** *** ***** ********** So I went to see her again and told showed her my marks, she said oh..!!! It’s okay just stand in the sun for half an hour everyday and it will go away. I’m like what..!!!! Are you joking. Then she sent me off. **** * ********* *** *** *** ******* *** **** ** * ***** **** **** *** ****** *** *** ******* ** ** ***** After a month I went to see a homeopathic doctor *** ** ****** ** **** *********** *** ***** **** **** ****** * ***** *** ********* *** **** **** **** ********* *** *** ****** ******* **** ********** My suggestion is trust your gut more that Hope Clinic. Another incident was with my mother, a doctor there scared her with yet another illness that cannot be fixed nor explained, *** **** **** ****** **** * ***** ******* ***** ** **** **** *** ****** ******* ***** ** ******** *** ** *** ******* **** **** *** ****** ** **** ****** ********* *** *** ** ****** ** ***** *** ***** She wouldn’t be if we had listened to the doctor at Hope Clinic.

My experience at the hair clinic was quite positive. Dr. J. sethi was detailed, explained the reasons for my hair issues clearly. They checked my scalp and suggested suitable treatments ******* ******* ******** ************ The staff were professional and friendly, and I felt comfortable throughout the process. The clinic maintained good hygiene, and the sessions were handled smoothly. I’ve noticed gradual improvement, and the follow-up care has been consistent, which gives me confidence in continuing the treatment.

Before taking photo of my personal body, it would be respectful, if the doctor takes my permission. It felt a little embarrassing. Otherwise, though i live near NEGHRIMS, i came all the way to a private hospital, so that i can get consulted faster. But even after taking appointment and ensuring by the call attendee that it would take not more then 15 min of waiting time, my waiting time was 1 and half hour...

Otherwise, my treatment and diagnosis was fine.

And just a suggestion, if u want to take a real time feedbacks, it's always best to take negative feedbacks rather then the options given for question for "what your happy with?" It would be better to ask "what are you not happy with?"

I clearly understand that any system shall improve only through feedback system..hence i hope the institution takes my above comments as a good sport. Cheers.
